First baby with Down syndrome wins Gerber baby of the year

Lucas Warren from Dalton, Ga., was chosen from more than 140,000 constants as the victor of Gerber's 2018 Spokesbaby contest.

For the first time since the contest's start in the 1920's, Gerber has chosen a child with Down syndrome as this year's Gerber baby. "It is such a lovely, good day", Instagram user samanthajob wrote.
