NY filed a civil rights lawsuit Sunday against not only Harvey Weinstein, but also his brother Robert and The Weinstein Company (TWC).

Speaking to local news station News Channel Eight , he added: 'It's the craziest thing I ever went through. He suddenly took off both the sides, placed them down and went to seek help. "It was already like this.

The suit comes after a four-month investigation by the Attorney General's office into mounting allegations against Weinstein and The Weinstein Company.

The lawsuit states that any sale of the company "must ensure that victims will be compensated". She told the New York Times Weinstein tried to push her down and shove himself on top of her and attempted to expose himself.

The lawsuit also threatens to disrupt a reported $500 million sale of the company the Weinstein brothers co-founded in 2005. There was even a "bible" at TWC that assistants could consult that detailed Weinstein's preferences on many intimate matters.

Harvey Weinstein, co-founder of the Miramax studio, was one of Hollywood's most influential men before more than 70 women accused him of sexual misconduct, including rape.

The suit charges that the human resources department at the Weinstein Company was completely corrupt.

A spokesperson for Weinstein has not responded to BuzzFeed's request for comment.
