Since the announcement, North Korea has fallen silent, raising questions about the summit's certainty.

According to the reports, Choe Kang Il, who is responsible for relations with the U.S. at the North Korea Foreign Ministry, will arrive here on Sunday on a two-day visit, reports Xinhua news agency.

A Finnish official told CNN that the talks would be a "track 1.5 academic meeting", which means that it will involve government representatives and outside experts.

North Korean, South Korean and USA representatives are set to meet in Finland for talks, according to South Korean and Finnish officials.

Sweden is one of a handful of countries considered a possible venue for a meeting between Trump and Kim, if the proposed talks do go forward.

However, a top North Korean official was spotted apparently boarding a plane to Finland on Sunday.

Ministry spokeswoman Petra Sarias declined to confirm the meeting's date, time, location or participants.

Choe has, in the past, participated in a working-level group for the multilateral Six Party Talks on dismantling the North's nuclear program as well as various diplomatic engagements with Seoul and Washington officials.

Kang stressed that Kim will receive "no reward" for engaging in dialogue and that South Korea and the United States will be pressing the North Korean leader to take unspecified "actions" in order for there to be any progress.

Separately, Sweden is meeting with North Korean officials about three Americans held captive by the Asian nation.

Speaking after talks with U.S. Vice President Mike Pence on Friday, Kono said, "We agreed that Japan and the United States will continue to closely cooperate in resolving the abduction issue". Sweden is playing the role of a "protecting power" for the U.S. since it doesn't have diplomatic relations with North Korea.

Choe Kang Il, a deputy director general for North American affairs at North Korea's foreign ministry, plans to attend the "track 1.5 talks", according to Yonhap, reflecting planned contact between former U.S. officials and current North Korean ones in a broader bid to end the standoff over North Korea's weapons programmes. England and Spurs striker Kane focused on quick return…
When the Swans last played in this round of the world-famous FA Cup , it was 1964 and the club was still called Swansea Town. Of course he is a fantastic striker - I like him a lot - but the big teams can replace good players with good players.
