Police says Riess murdered Pamela Hutchinson then stole her credit cards, vehicle and assumed her identity.

Riess was already wanted for killing her husband, David Riess, in Blooming Prairie, Minnesota, in March.

"She smiles and looks like anyone's mother or grandmother", Lee County Undersheriff Carmine Marceno told NBC News.

Facebook details what it does with data collected from users
Facebook , which pushed for the cases to be considered individually instead of as a class-action lawsuit, is reviewing the ruling. These leaks confirmed the many fears most of us have on what Facebook actually does with the data it collects from users.

Riess remains on the run and is armed and unsafe, Marceno said. Those charges are expected to be filed within the next couple days.

Officials believe she used the same gun to kill 59-year-old Pamela Hutchinson, of Bradenton, Florida.

Anyone who has had recent contact with Riess or has any information on her whereabouts is asked to call the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension's tip line at 1-877-996-6222 or contact Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS.

Local authorities have dubbed Riess "Losing Streak Lois" because she is known to have a gambling addiction and often frequents casinos, according to the U.S. Marshals.

The obituary for David Riess was published last week, and mentioned his children and grandchildren, but not wife. "That's really the only thing that could resonate with my's just evil that flowed through".

On April 9, police found Hutchinson shot to death at the condo. "This is the first time in my career I've seen someone steal someone " s identity and target them for the way they look in order to murder them", Marceno said. Marceno said Monday that she will eventually run out of resources and fears that, in desperation, she could kill again.
