Assassin’s Creed Odyssey leaks: is this the sequel to Origins?

Now, the next Assassin's Creed is on its way, entitled Assassin's Creed: Odyssey - as first leaked via a Wal-Mart listing and a promotional keychain, of all things, then confirmed by the studio itself.

French site Jeuxvideo has posted an image of a keyring for a game called Assassin's Creed Odyssey.

This is yet another scalp claimed by the infamous Walmart Canada leak, which listed a new Assassin's Creed game alongside other unannounced projects which have since been confirmed, like Rage 2. After a series of progressively less-interesting yearly instalments that did little to push the series forward, Origins finally gave the game the full-on reboot it deserved.

It's worth pointing out that reports are conflicting about whether you play as Bayek, his wife, Aya, or new characters altogether.
