Another Former Kavanaugh Friend Says He Lied to Senate About Alcohol Use

The New York Times has reported that Mr Kavanaugh was questioned but not charged by police after the 1985 bar fight in New Haven, Connecticut.

United States media report that the Federal Bureau of Investigation spoke with Ms Ramirez, who accuses Judge Kavanaugh of exposing his genitals to her during a college party, on Sunday.

Cozzolino "was bleeding from the right ear", according to the report, and he was later treated at a local hospital.

Dudley denied the accusations against him, while 53-year-old Kavanaugh did not explicitly refute the claims.

Kavanaugh's former Yale classmate Charles "Chad" Ludington said Kavanaugh had "mischaracterized" his college drinking in his testimony before the Senate Judiciary committee last week, which is now looking into several allegations of sexual assault against the judge. The man (not the lead singer of UB40, by the way) became uncomfortable with the staring, and words were exchanged, at which point Kavanugh allegedly threw his beer in the man's face.

Yankees set single-season home run record with 265th of season
Baseball fans in New England won't be forgetting about this magical 2018 season for their beloved Boston Red Sox any time soon. With one out and runners on second and third, Eduardo Nunez hit one to the right side, beyond the pitcher's reach.

The episode occurred on a September evening in 1985 after Kavanaugh, Ludington and Dudley attended the UB40 concert. Mr. Kavanaugh cursed, he said, and then "threw his beer at the guy".

President Donald Trump said Kavanaugh's testimony last week showed that his second Supreme Court nominee had "a little bit of difficulty" with alcohol when he was younger.

"I do not believe that the heavy drinking or even loutish behavior of an 18- or even 21-year-old should condemn a person for the rest of his life", wrote Ludington. "A$3 Times spokesperson told Mediaite that in hindsight, it should have enlisted a newsroom staffer to work on the Kavanaugh story instead".

When asked on Fox News last Sunday and by members of Congress, Kavanaugh denied ever becoming heavily intoxicated or blacking out from drinking. (However, the report doesn't say if any arrests or charges were made.) And while Kavanaugh keeps toeing the line that he never partied that much in college, the information spewing forth seems to indicate otherwise.

What did the police report say?

Tesla shares jump on Model 3 numbers, Musk deal
Musk initially said the SEC's charges were "unjustified" but has now reached an agreement with the body to settle the charges. Neither Musk nor Tesla is required to admit any wrongdoing as part of the settlement, which is subject to court approval.

While a student at Yale, Kavanaugh got into a bar fight with a patron he mistakenly believed to be UB40 singer Ali Campbell. The future Supreme Court nominee, who was later questioned about the alleged incident by police, was not arrested or charged in relation to the brief scuttle.

Trump is pushing back on reports that the White House has tried to limit the scope of the investigation, telling reporters at the White House Monday that "the FBI should do what they have to do to get to the answer" and "interview anybody that they want within reason". "And when I see what's going on it's scary".

"I was with Brett frequently in college, whether it be in the gym, in class or socializing".

In response to her testimony, Judge Kavanaugh said he had never assaulted her or anyone else.

Ludington added: "I know, because, especially in our first two years of college, I often drank with him".
