In a Saturday morning series of Tweets, Ariana Grande confirmed the name of her next album will be "Thank U, Next", a phrase that the singer previously used to diss her ex-fiancé Pete Davidson.

Big Sean, Ricky Alvarez, Pete Davidson, and the late Mac Miller are all given shout-outs in Ariana's new track.

The "God Is a Woman" singer took to Twitter on Saturday to share with fans that she plans to call her next album Thank U, Next - after posting a series of cryptic tweets about learning from a past relationship.

Grande's last album, Sweetener, was released on August 17 and famously features a track titled "Pete Davidson". She ended their brief engagement last month to mourn the death of ex Mac Miller, whom she broke up with in May.

In "Thank u, next", Grande calls out Davidson by name in one of her lines. But the truth it's nobody's business, and sometimes things just don't work out, and that's OK. After a few minutes of mediocre political jokes a comedian said a thing about the pop star he famously dated, and here we both are, reading and/or writing about it. Kicking off the sketch, he said "so, the midterm elections are obviously a huge deal, and after I had to move back in with my mom, I started paying attention to them".
