Big Sky’s Keely Kelleher is the first alternate in the speed events for the US Alpine Olympic Team.
Keely’s father Kevin Kelleher is understandably proud of his daughter. “She’s had a great season and we are all very supportive of her. She’s got the talent and has a great ski career ahead of her. No one else from Montana on the women’s alpine ski team has made it that far.”
Mom Jennifer Kelleher says, “She is an incredible athlete and represents what the circle of rings/motto is all about. The Olympic motto is the hendiatris Citius, Altius, Fortius, which is Latin for “Swifter, Higher, Stronger”, this is my dear sweet, courageous Keely.”
The Big Sky Weekly wishes Keely a stellar finish to her already terrific World Cup season.
